Some of the Family of Riley Allen of Allentown "Fred Conable sent me this a couple of years ago. He is in the bottom row, but, you can't see him well. Next to him is Allen Foss, Hilda Boyd Daily(Wellsville, father's cousin), Virginia Boyd. Hilda & Virginia had a sister who is not pictured Dorothy Vossler of Wellsville, and their Mother was May Allen Boyd (called herself Mame). " (Ruth Allen Sandy)

(Regarding Twins, Ada & Ida Allen) "One is the mother of Fred Conable, a talented artist. He carved totem poles after a trip to the Northwest in the 50s. Some of them are very large and some are small. I have 10 of them in my home. He lived in Warren Ohio. He was from Olean but lived on the Allen farm for just about every summer helping out. He died last year while we were in Ireland. He was a wonderful person and the only child of one of the twins. The other twin had one child, adopted." (Ruth Allen Sandy)
