Below is article from Andover News, Week ending August 26, 1921.  It relates the story of fire as depicted in several photographs in this "Baldwin Photo Gallery".

 

First National Bank and City Hall; Later bank became First Trust Union Bank, etc....

First National, First Trust, Norstar, Fleet, & now, Community--Bank Building....with brick street...

Russell Brothers, Successors to Frank Russell & Co.; Photography, Harness Shop; This location was also known as Serio's Market for many years......East Pearl Street.

Note from viewer:

"...you show a photo of a harness shop that was eventually my grandfather Joe Serio's store.  According to my Dad (Bruce Reuning) it was originally located at the site of the BP gas station near the hospital. It was moved to its present location where Grandpa Joe ran his grocery store for 50 + years." (Tom Reuning)

 

Today, Stones 'N Bones Variety Store is shown as the tenant of the building.....
