J.B.TOMPKINS & Son Grist Mill, 1904-(Originally the Swift Mill) West Pearl Street-Wellsville, NY.; B&S Railroad crossing is in Background.  Trains ran along what is now the flood control river bank.  Original Picture was owned by Tim Tompkins of Wellsville. This photo shows the 100+ year old Buffalo & Susquehanna Railroad Trestle which was rejuvenated at Wellsville,NY, to provide a pedestrian crossing of the Genesee River.  Much of the wood structure is original.
