HARRIET S. CLARK died Thursday at the home of her daughter Mrs. O.P. Taylor.
At one o'clock yesterday afternoon, Mrs. Harriet S. Clark, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs Cornelia Taylor on the Brooklyn side.
Mrs. Clark who was 86 years of age has been in feeble health for some years, owing to previous slight attacks of paralysis. On Friday she suffered another
stroke, from which she was unable to rally and the end came calmly and peacefully.
The aged lady has lived in Wellsville with her daughter 15 years. Her husband, Chauncey F. Clark died here June 26th, 1884, and was buried in the Farnum
cemetery, where too will be laid at rest, his loving wife.
Three children survive, Mrs O.P. Taylor, Mrs Thomas Perrin of Mammoth, Illionis, who is now here, and Chas E. Clark of Nottawa, Mich.
Mrs Clark was the daughter of Stephen Mundy, one of the pioneers of the town of Burns. She came with her parents from New Jersey by the overland trail and in
ox-carts, and was married to Mr Clark at Boylan's Corner, where Clark had come from Rome, NY, his native place.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the residence of Mrs Taylor, as Mrs Clark was a Baptist, Rev C. B. Perkins will officiate, assisted
by Rev S. A. Whitcomb.........
