"The Phillips Creek (West) Cemetery is located on Decker Road, just at the town line between Ward and West Almond. The cemetery is split up by several interior fences marking family plots. Most of the markers are very readable, there are a few broken and several markers are down. The cemetery could use some love. You must cross private property to get to it, it is always nice to ask permission at the farmhouse."
